I think many aging baby-boomers who want to stay healthy and vital as long as possible, get hooked into thinking that &quot;more is better&quot; when it comes to supplements. I&#039;m a big believer that it&#039;s best to work with a professional who help us match the right supplements to our unique profile. My own nutritionist does this for me each quarter and I&#039;m so pleased with the results.</description>
